With more than fifteen years of experience in personal development and consulting, Carlton has been recognized for consistently exceeding clients' expectations. He was an instructor for the TD Jakes Pastoral Leadership Institute through Regent University, and was a presenter at the 2013 TD Jakes Leadership Conference. He is the founder and president of Carlton Reed Seminars, and is the author

of the book, "Weapons of Mass Production, 21 Days to Uncommon Productivity with God." His passion is to encourage others to see themselves as heroes in their own adventures with God. Carlton resides in Stafford, Virginia with his wife, Joyce, and they have two sons, Christian and Paul.
